Your springs will be powder coated using a state-of-the-art Pre-Treatment system with the largest conveyorized cure ovens available. The cure ovens are also synced with our wash and paint applications to ensure the best possible cure for every spring made.
Our wash system is the purest available to ANY paint operation. Parts are sealed with a high-grade polymer pre-treatment before they receive any paint coverage.
