Yes. Betts Spring Manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems, and we’re also ITAR registered for defense and military work that requires controlled material handling and security clearances.

ISO 9001:2015 means an accredited third-party auditor has verified our quality management system against the standard’s requirements for process control, documentation, and continuous improvement. That certification gets audited and renewed on a recurring basis, not granted once and left alone.  On the shop floor, that shows up as complete in-process inspection, greater than 95% on-time delivery, and testing capabilities that include load testing up to 50,000 pounds, metallurgical analysis, magnetic particle inspection, hardness testing, and 3D CMM verification.

We maintain records for every component, including manufacturing date, material heat lot, process parameters, and inspection results, and we provide material certifications and lot traceability for customers who need that documentation.
